Dr. Dina Faidi is a globally recognized expert in leadership transformation and founder of Creativity & Beyond. With 25+ years of experience across sectors and continents, she empowers leaders and teams to unlock their potential through innovative coaching and human-centered learning.
Holding a doctorate in adult learning, Dina integrates neuroscience, emotional intelligence, creativity, and systemic thinking to design bold, transformative experiences. She has worked with over 10,000 professionals across the MENA region and globally, from global firms to governments and NGOs.
A passionate advocate for social change, Dina mentor women and youth leaders and serves on the advisory board of Challenge to Change. She finds inspiration in nature, often trekking mountains for reflection and renewal.
